Step 1: Have the following details at the ready...    

- Name of the pension provider    

- Your policy/reference number (every pension provider will give you one of  these when you originally open your pension)    

If you're unsure of how to find out the pension provider or policy number,  check out our guide on how to find your old pensions, or feel free to use the Find a Pension service in the Compound App.    

Step 2: Log in to your Compound App, and follow the "swipe to find  your pensions" button on the home screen.

This will take you to a page  where you can choose from two options:    

1) Find a pension    

2) Transfer a pension    

If you click "Transfer a pension" you will be able to enter the  details we mentioned above, and then Compound will do the rest. Compound will  make sure to keep you updated along the way, and we will also never transfer a pension that has safeguarded benefits / is a defined benefit pension.
