At Compound, we keep it simple when it comes to file formats!  Here’s what works best:    

PAPDIS: Perfect for both enrolments and contributions and helps keep things  error-free.    

Formats we don’t accept: PDF, text files (.txt), Word documents, or Numbers  (.numbers).    

For the smoothest experience, we recommend using PAPDIS files as they’re  designed to work seamlessly with most pension providers. If you’re using CSV  or Excel, just check the column headings are set up right.
