If your pension contribution has been deducted from your payslip but isn’t visible in your Compound pot yet, don’t worry!

When processing workplace contributions, it can take a few days for the money to get into  your pension pot. Timing can vary depending on when we receive the information from your employer, but typically, your contributions should appear in your Compound account by the end of the month following your payday.    

For example, if you’re paid on September 30th, your contribution should be processed by the end of October. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once your funds are allocated.
